The Wellness, Resiliency and Partnership (WRaP) Project utilizes a Success Coach mentoring model in supporting junior and senior high school students with FASD. The WRaP Project has developed supports and services that have shown positive outcomes in supporting: student engagement, academic success and emotional well-being of students. To achieve these results, a strategic plan to promote Success Coach mentoring was developed to improve professional practice, nurture professional growth, encourage networking and support personal well-being. The Success Coach mentoring model is a promising practice to provide innovative services to support youth with FASD.
